How do I pay for my Order?
You can make purchases using your local or International MasterCard & Visa.
How do I know how much my order will cost?
Just add your selected items to your cart and click on the checkout button. Our Courier Services will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No, when you use the ADM global checkout, you'll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount you'll be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.
Is pay on delivery available locally and internationally?
No, Pay on Delivery is not available
Once I place my order, how do I know what is happening to it?
Order updates will be emailed to you respectively to show the stage your order is.
How can I track my order?
We will send you updates/status as your order is fulfilled.
Can I change or cancel my international order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you are unable to neither make changes nor cancel your order after it has been placed.
Can I place an international order to ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, International orders may not be split between multiple destinations.
Can I make a custom order request?
Yes, custom orders are available. All you have to do is log in to your African Designers Mall Account, click on Contact Us, fill out the form, and we'll provide you with a quote. Custom orders are great for large items or items you want that aren't sold on the ADM network.
What's your return policy?
Items can only be returned if they are either damaged upon delivery or the wrong item was delivered to you. If you received the wrong item for any reason we will replace it with the right item or provide you with a full refund. Only items that are non functional, or are the wrong item purchased can be returned. Please return damaged or incorrect items to the Courier services who delivered it within 2 business days from the day you received the item.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.
What is your refund Policy?
Please note that there will be a charge fee of 5% for the refund transaction. The refund process will be carried out within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. You will have to provide a copy of your valid identity card and a hand-written application note for authenticity purpose. Please send us an email to email@example.com for a Refund form.
